Non Alcoholic Vermont Lemon Botanical Spirit.

Here's a couple of beautiful recipes for you to try with the Vermont Lemon Botanical Spirit.






Lavender blue:

25mls Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit

Fitch & Needed Blue Tonic

1/4 lime slice

1 cup sugar

25 mls lavender lemon syrup

lavender sprig

ice blocks

crushed ice




Method:

Mix sugar with a few drops of lavender lemon simple syrup and a splash of Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic to create lavender coloured sugar. Rub lime slice along rim of glass and turn upside down and dip rim into sugar mixture, combine Vermont Lemon Botanical Spirit with lavender lemon syrup and shake. Pour into bottom of glass and add crushed ice, fill glass with Fitch & Leeds Blue Tonic, pour carefully so as not to mix colours. Garnish with sprig of lavender.


Lemon Lavender Simple Syrup

Ingredients Recipe makes 32 Servings 2 cup(s) granulated sugar 1 cup(s) lemon juice 1 1/2 Tsp dried lavender 1 cup(s) water 1. Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a light simmer, remove from heat and allow syrup to cool. 2. Remove lavender by straining through a fine mesh sieve. 3. Store mixture in a resealable container. 4. Drizzle simple syrup on cakes to keep them moist or use in your favorite cocktail recipes.


Lemon Atlantic Spice

25mls Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit

Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic

juice of 1/2 lime

3 or 4 juniper berries

2 cardamom pods

sparkling water

ice blocks

crushed ice


Method:

Crush cardamom pods slightly with pestle. Half fill glass with ice cubes; add juniper berries. Add Vermont Lemon Botanical Spirit and lemon juice. Top with 1 part Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic and 1 part sparkling water. Garnish with cardamom pods.
