Zero Cellar door's range of premium products includes the spirit brand Palermo.
The Palermo range has a 30-year history from Bardinet La Martiniquaise which is France’s second largest spirit manufacturer of Bordeaux.
The Palermo Rosso is described as a “revitalising non-alcoholic cocktail or aperitif with surprising aromatic herbs flavours."
The master blender says that: “Palermo Rosso gives a taste with all the warmth of Italy. Rosso can be enjoyed straight over ice with the zest of either lemon or orange. Or experiment with the countless varieties of the culture of modern cocktails combining fruit, herbs and sparkling mixers.”
The range is very close to an original vermouth in terms of taste, with the Rosso having bitter sweet notes of aromatic plants, while the Bianco has surprising notes of its natural botanicals with a spicy undertone."

Our version of the ultimate classic cocktail is stirred, not shaken. Serve your martini with a twist of lemon, or an olive
60ml Palmero Bianco or Rosso
lemon peel or an olive, to garnish
Stir the Palmero Bianco or Rosso and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.

Ideal spritzer for a party. It's sure to impress with a hint of lavender putting a lightly floral twist.
200ml Palermo Rosso
200ml Palmero Bianco
1 tsp dried lavender
soda or tonic water (optional)
fresh lavender sprigs
Pour both types of Palmero into a clean glass bottle or jug and add the dried lavender. Stir and leave to infuse overnight (in the fridge or in a cupboard).
Allow 50ml per person and strain into glasses over ice.
Serve neat with lots of ice or top with soda or tonic water and add some lemon wedges and a sprig of lavender.

Impress your guests with this stylish cocktail - delicious berries with Palmero Bianco, Blue Nun Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Wine
350ml Palmero Rosso
4 tsp icing sugar
24 frozen raspberries
2 bottles chilled Blue Nun Sparkling Wine
Mix the Palmero Bianco and chill. If you have room in your fridge or freezer, chill your Champagne glasses, too.
When your guests are due to arrive, spoon ½ tsp icing sugar into 8 Champagne glasses. Pour over the Palmero Bianco.
, mix with a spoon and add the frozen raspberries. Top up with the sparkling wine just before serving.
