Wine and what goes together cheat sheet.....

Sparkling White - Opia Chardonnay, Fizzero, Pierre Zero

All of these bubblies go great with red and green grapes, with tomatoes, strawberries, walnuts, pistachios, dried apricots, tossed sourdough and soft cheeses like brie and camembert....but have a go with anything batter you might be surpised.

But don't forget to pair your bubbly with anything seafood - lobster, oysters and beauty barramundi.

Red Wines - Two Valleys Red, Domaine La Prade, Natureo Syrah, Ariel Cab Sav

love to be paired with hard cheeses like cheddar and parmesan, apples, green grapes, tomatoes, red onion, baguette, quince paste, pecans, wafer crackers, red meat and goes great with cured meats, tacos, pizzas.

Semillion, White wines - Ara, Giesen, Santa Digna, Natureo Muscat,

These wines are great with pears, apples, strawberries, honey, fresh dates, raisin toast, fruit and nut crackers, hazelnuts, stilton and danish blue, roasted vegetables, and fresh veggies and breads.

Rose Wines - Two Valleys Rose, Natureo Rose, Pierre Sparkling Rose

A few great pointers for matching foods with rosé wine:

Chicken or niçoise salad, salmon, spinach, mint and quinoa tartelettes, duck, lamb, veggie skewers on the barbecue, soft cheeses like goats cheese, feta and bocconcini, strawberries, tomatoes, raspberries, blueberries, prosciutto, salami, water crackers.
