Great care was taken whilst removing the alcohol from the fresh rose wine. Showcasing pure aromas of sweet redberry fruit with floral notes. The elegant palate shows a touch of sweetness, finishing fresh with a well-balanced acidity. To be enjoyed in its purist and natural form, without the restrictions of alcohol.
Viticulture
Pinotage with a touch of Muscat sourced from various vineyards from the Western Cape. Picking is done when grapes shows fresh fruit flavours.
Viniculture
Careful winemaking practices were followed to retain the aromatics. Crushed, lightly pressed and settled overnight. Fermentation was done with a selected yeast strain at 14-16oC. Left on lease for 3 weeks prior to racking to the second phase of production.
